We are happy to make arrangements for you to travel with your assistance dog in the cabin of our flights free of charge.
We can carry assistance dogs on any UK Domestic flight or flights departing the UK and on DEFRA approved routes into the UK as follows: Chicago, Las Vegas to Manchester, Amsterdam, Brussels, Hanover, Palma, Naples and Venice to London Heathrow (routes approved by the Pet Travel Scheme).
- Book your dog on the flight at the same time as you reserve your seat, or at least 7 days in advance of travel (the number we can allow is limited per flight)
- Your dog must be Pet Travel Scheme compliant for UK bound flights
- Your dog must wear a harness that allows it to be looped through the aircraft seatbelt for take off and landing
- Your dog must have a coat or harness identifying them as an assistance dog
